Integralink builds automation systems for other businesses, which means we are routinely trusted with other people's data. This page explains what we collect about you, why, and what we never do with it.
This website runs no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising scripts. Nothing follows you around. We only hold information you deliberately give us — by filling in a form, booking a call, signing an agreement or paying an invoice — and we never sell it or share it for marketing.
Integralink is a sole proprietorship operated by Shlomo Ashvil in New York, United States. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
| When you… | We receive |
|---|---|
| Submit the contact form | Name, email, and anything else you choose to enter — company, phone, industry, team size, budget range, how you heard about us, and your message. Your IP address, country and browser user-agent are recorded with the submission as a spam control. |
| Book a call | Name, email, timezone and the details you enter, through our self-hosted scheduling system at book.integralink.ai. |
| Receive a proposal | Your name, email and company appear on the agreement. We record when the link is first opened, so we know whether it arrived. |
| Sign an agreement | Your typed signature, name, date and the IP address it was signed from — retained as evidence the signature is valid. |
| Pay an invoice | Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We see the amount, the last four digits, and whether it succeeded. |
| Speak with us by phone | The number, time and duration of the call. We do not record call audio. |
| Simply read this site | Nothing we store. Our host keeps standard server logs; fonts load from Google, which means Google sees the request. |
We keep this list short on purpose. Several parts of our stack are self-hosted on infrastructure we control, specifically so that client documents and bookings do not sit on someone else's SaaS.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Website hosting, network security, access control |
| Our own server | Database, e-signature and scheduling — self-hosted, not third-party SaaS |
| Stripe | Payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe. |
| Resend | Delivery of transactional email such as agreements and receipts |
| Our business email and document storage; web fonts on this site | |
| Twilio | Business telephony |
We sometimes approach businesses directly about our services. Where we do, the contact details used are business details — a company address such as info@ or a named business contact — obtained from the company's own public website or from commercial business directories. We do not buy consumer lists and we do not scrape personal accounts.
If you would rather not hear from us, reply with "remove" or write to [email protected]. We will suppress the address permanently — which means keeping a record of it purely so that it is never contacted again. Every commercial email we send carries an unsubscribe option and a postal address.
Whatever jurisdiction you are in, we will honour these: ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We do not charge for this and we will not make you jump through hoops.
The only requests we can refuse are ones where the law requires us to keep the record — a signed contract or a paid invoice, for instance.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Administrative systems sit behind single sign-on and are not publicly reachable. Card details never reach our servers. Secrets are stored in managed secret storage rather than in code. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise — if a breach ever affected your information, we would tell you.
We operate from the United States and information is processed there. If you are in the UK or EU and believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will treat your request under the standards described above.
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not quietly broaden what we do with data you have already given us.
